Can I travel with Al Ustaadth Travel if I'm not from NY?

Absolutely! You can take a domestic flight to John F Kennedy Airport, where we will be departing.

How much luggage can I bring?

You are allowed one carry-on and two checked bags.

Do I need vaccinations before departure?

Vaccination requirements can change, so we’ll keep you updated with any new information from Saudi Arabia.

Is there a payment plan available?

While we don’t offer formal payment plans, you can make payments up until the final due date.

What documents do I need to travel?

Valid Passport (must not expire within 6 months of departure)
Two passport photos
Visa (we’ll handle the visa for you)

Is there an age requirement to travel with Al Ustaadth Travel LLC?

Yes, travelers must be 18 or older. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you.

Will there be guidance on performing Umrah/Hajj?

Absolutely! We provide a comprehensive guide and virtual workshops to help you.

Are seats limited?

Yes, seating is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

What should I pack for Umrah?

Since this is a spiritual journey, we recommend:

Women: Abayas and hijabs
Men: Ihram garment
Depending on the season, consider packing a sweater; it can get cool at night, especially during winter (November to February).

Where can I buy Ihram clothing?

You can find Ihram clothing at local Islamic stores or you can order it on Amazon.

How are rooms set up?

Each Umrah package includes a room for three guests, with roommates assigned randomly. Rooms are split by gender: women will room with women, and men will room with men. If you’re traveling with your spouse, you can inquire about a couples’ room, but please note that additional fees will apply.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking after payment?

All payments are final and non-refundable
